Westlake Chemical is taking applications for career opportunities for an Industrial Carpenter at our work site in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Qualified candidates must have a positive attitude, be safety conscious, a good work ethic and the willingness and ability to learn. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, erecting, and repairing fixtures and structures made from wood and other materials. They know how to use different construction tools like small hand tools, saws, drills, and a wide variety of mechanized tools. They also must have knowledge of scaffold material and training to safely erect scaffolding. Candidate must have 5 years of industrial experience.
