Opportunities In A Unique Setting

 “The Max Louisiana Grill” located at the National Golf Club of Louisiana is seeking key management positions for its new facility in Westlake, LA. The five million dollar plus facility features a public restaurant with a fun, casual atmosphere. The facility is the centerpiece of the National Golf Club and West Trace Village.

“The Max Louisiana Grill” will offer a full range of lunch and dinner specialties with appetizers including burgers and Po-Boys, traditional Louisiana faire, Specialty salads, quality steaks and fresh Louisiana seafood. Regional specialties such as Ahi Tuna, Louisiana Barbecue Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Gumbo, along with creative specialty items will also be featured in the concept. The Restaurant and Bar area seats 120 with an additional 60 seats on the patio over-looking The National Golf Club of Louisiana’s final hole.

The candidates should be high energy, creative, have a passion for excellence, and know how to deliver a quality product in a fun informal environment. Background should include work experience with increased growth in responsibilities in operations offering similar food style and quality. “The Max Louisiana Grill” is now accepting applications for the following positions including:

Front of the House Manager: 

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Front of the House Operations including managing a full service restaurant and must possess knowledge of spirit product offerings and preparation methods.   Responsibilities include hiring and developing the service and beverage team; training and development of the staff; setting standards for front of the house operations and producing bottom line results.  

Bar Supervisor: 

Should have previous bar service experience and knowledge of product offerings and preparation methods. 

Service Supervisor:  

Previous Experience in supervision of a full service restaurant preferred.
