Journalist

• From breaking news to in-depth investigations, you'll be responsible for identifying, researching, and writing compelling and accurate news stories.
• Conducting interviews:
• You'll be interviewing sources, including community leaders, residents, and experts, to gather information and perspectives.
• Writing clear and concise news articles:

  You'll craft engaging and informative news stories for both print and online platforms.
• Developing and pitching story ideas:

  You'll be responsible for identifying and pitching new and relevant story ideas to the news team.
• Working collaboratively with other team members:

  You'll be part of a team, collaborating with editors, producers, and other journalists to produce high-quality content.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in reporting and writing news stories.
• Strong writing, interviewing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent research and fact-checking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in multimedia journalism (video, audio, social media).
• Experience in covering specific beats (e.g., business, politics, sports).
• Knowledge of local news and community issues.
